Privacy Summary
We take a "least privilege" approach to data access. We only access what is strictly necessary to analyze and automate your workflows, and we do not retain your operational data longer than required.
1. Data Access & Handling
During our engagements (Audit, Sprint, or Build), we may require access to your internal tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, Project Management tools). Access is strictly limited to the scope of work defined in our agreement.
2. No Data Selling
We are a services company, not a data broker. We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data, employee information, or customer lists to any third parties.
3. Automation Security
Automations we build for you run on your own infrastructure or secure cloud environments (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, AWS) governed by your own security policies. We ensure that API keys and credentials are handled securely and handed over fully upon project completion.
4. Confidentiality
All engagements are covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your proprietary processes, trade secrets, and financial data are treated as confidential.
